Microsoft has released a new version of the Remote Desktop Client for it’s Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows Server Code Name “Longhorn” line-up of OS to enable computers running Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP 1 to connect remotely via terminal service to administer remote computers.

For something that comes free and built-in into some Operating Systems [read: *nix), there are a couple of 3rd party tools (including Microsoft's own) to enable the replication of the Virtual Desktop concept on Windows. If you're not familiar with virtual desktops, they allow you to split up your applications/programs to several different (virtual) desktops, thus avoiding clutter [...]

New Apple Get a Mac TV Advertisements!
